Realync is seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our growing organization. This role is responsible for maintaining our financial records and supporting Realync’s growth. With over 400% growth in 2020, Realync is a fast growing B2B SaaS company with a defined market, proven opportunity, and a track record of success. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, self-starter with bookkeeping experience who is up for a new challenge and looking to have a lot of fun along the way!


  • Responsible for all billing, revenue transactions, and related expenses
  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
  • Deposit checks in a timely manner on a weekly basis and at month end
  • Communicate with clients to set up billing, resolve discrepancies, and collect overdue payments
  • Participate in monthly and annual close processes
  • Enter data, maintain records, and create reports and financial statements
  • Process accounts receivable/payable and and provide inputs to run payroll
  • Assist with external audits and tax preparation
  • Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are completed accurately and timely


  • Minimum of 2 years accounting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
  • Experience with finance / accounting technology: Quickbooks, Expensify,, Salesforce, etc.
  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively and nurture relationships with cross-functional business partners
  • Client service orientation with strong communication skills to interface with enterprise clients
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail and focus on the task at hand
  • Metrics driven and quantitative with the ability to draw insight from complex data
