Realync is seeking a VP of Marketing to join our fast growing company. This is a leadership role focused on defining and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy to win core business and break ground into new adjacent markets. With over 400% growth in 2020, Realync is a fast growing B2B SaaS company with a defined market, proven opportunity, and a track record of success. We’re looking for a hungry, self-starter with B2B SaaS marketing leadership experience that is up for a new challenge and looking to have a lot of fun along the way!


  • Work closely with Realync’s CEO and leadership team to prepare regular reports and presentations, and define, implement, and manage Realync’s marketing strategy
  • Build marketing programs that enhance recognition of Realync’s brand, product, and partnerships
  • Craft messaging and positioning in the market; conduct competitive and market analysis to determine and highlight Realync’s key differentiators
  • Build, further develop, and leverage relationships with industry media to evangelize the Realync brand, mission, and movement in the market
  • Work with internal stakeholders to plan, create, and launch campaigns around Realync announcements and initiatives that resonate with both prospective and client audiences
  • Establish company marketing goals and KPIs, and create strategy for meeting deliverables and metrics; work with marketing directors to establish team and individual goals / metrics
  • Attend industry events to represent and evangelize the Realync brand
  • Work closely with Sales to enhance and align efforts, and hit / exceed sales goals
  • Direct and support market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short- and long-term market forecasts and reports


  • Bachelor’s or Master degree in marketing or related discipline
  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, 5+ years of marketing leadership experience
  • Proven leadership experience carrying out marketing efforts, including planning, prioritizing, and implementing strategy
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, tasks and related communications simultaneously and within budget
  • Strong knowledge of all marketing disciplines from brand to product to demand gen to content to field to partnerships and more; ability to lead effectively across all marketing channels
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and other digital marketing tools and techniques
