Realync is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to build and manage targeted marketing campaigns to drive awareness of Realync’s platform and to generate marketing qualified leads (MQLs). This role will focus on building the top of the funnel through market analyses, creative lead generation campaigns, and internal tracking – all with a goal of delivering qualified leads.

Responsibilities

  • Improve and optimize SEO performance and website traffic by identifying, monitoring, and executing targeted keyword strategies 
  • Monitor keyword trends and Realync rankings against competitors
  • A/B test and optimize lead generation and lead conversion campaigns across all channels
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and the sales pipeline
  • Develop client personas and know their buying preferences
  • Assist in content development to target prospective clients throughout their lifecycle
  • Work with sales on campaign handoffs, campaign tracking, and one-off marketing initiatives to move opportunities through the sales funnel
  • Salesforce: create campaigns, set up lead source and lead source details, monitor and mark opportunities appropriately, and generate regular marketing results reports
  • HubSpot Marketing: set up automations and forms, create and manage audience segments and lists, maintain clean email marketing lists, and import leads


The Ideal Candidate Will

  • Work within a team of digital marketing professionals and collaborate with other departments, such as sales and client success, to develop and enhance strategies
  • Identify new markets and advertising tactics to facilitate business growth
  • Measure and analyze campaign and marketing success
  • Deliver performance reports to executive team and cross-functional leaders


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
  • 4+ years experience working on a marketing team or in a marketing role
  • B2B SaaS / technology industry experience 
  • 2+ years demand generation experience 
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
